A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Spotlessly clean and cosy room with a good bathroom. What a great and absolutely perfect location on how to reach the suite through what I assume to be his back garden!

The guest rooms at The Suite on Lancaster Road are cozy and comfortable, giving off a homely vibe. I loved the private bathroom with its clean and modern fixtures. The bed linen was fresh and provided a perfect night's sleep. As a business traveler, this was exactly what I needed after a long day.
While everything was great at The Suite, I found the absence of a kettle in the guest rooms a little inconvenient. It's just my personal preference though, and others might not mind at all.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The converted garage was super tasteful and bright, with all the amenities you could wish for including free wi-fi, free parking, and a mini fridge with an electric kettle. The host was incredibly helpful and gave simple instructions on how to access the suite through their garden. The location was convenient, with a nearby Sainsbury's and easy access to a train station that gets you to London in just 35 minutes. It was the best value for money I've ever experienced, and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for a cheap and self-contained stay with privacy!

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy place to sleep during Christmas. the hotel's key location made it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation options. the affordable price was a major advantage, offering great value for money.
There were a few downsides to the stay. there wasn't much to do in the area, with the nearest shop being quite far away.

I had a great experience staying at the Suite in Grays. the converted garage was tastefully done and had all the amenities I needed, including crockery, cutlery, a microwave, and a mini fridge with a tiny icebox. the host was very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to reach the suite through their back garden. the cleanliness and functionality of the room were excellent, and I especially appreciated having an en suite shower and toilet. The location was convenient, with a Sainsbury's within walking distance. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

The property is conveniently located near several towns and a short distance from the airport. I had a lovely time exploring the area and it was a great base for my adventures.
Oh, the joy of finding tea and coffee-making facilities but no milk! Just what every tired traveler wants, a trip to find milk in the middle of the night.
